Tatted Insertion Lace

This is a peice of tatting that I did from a Victorain manual on tatting. It is done with a very small crochet thread and took a great deal of time. This piece of lace is 12" long and took over 20 hours to produce. I think that this is the single most arduous tatting project I have undertaken to date.
