Cabaret

This red silk/rayon velvet dress was one of the more challenging garments I created for the production. The body of the dress is bias cut and I used a Vionnet trick on the back. I had to cut the yardage into specific lenghts for the dyer. After dying I cut the dress and handed it off to be stitched.
